Hey, I’m Tracey!
Hard to believe, but I’ve been an insurance professional since 1987! At Mitch Insurance since 2019. I’ve had a number of honours and awards in my career, including being named “Favourite Insurance Broker” for Kawartha Lakes in 2019, 2022, and again in 2023. I’m very proud of that.
As a personal lines account manager, I help existing Mitch customers when they need to make a change to their home, auto or other personal policy, or have questions or concerns about their insurance.
To me, good customer service means listening before I talk, understanding the clients’ needs, helping them understand their insurance, and working with them to achieve a happy result. That means your needs are met, everyone is clear on next steps, and it didn’t eat up too much of your valuable time. I try to make myself available when it’s convenient for you, even if that’s sometimes outside regular hours.
In my spare time, I look forward to spending time with my grandchildren, outside if possible. Also love to work out, play hockey, curl, generally stay active. I like to stay connected to my community too, and have volunteered my time in local sports and elsewhere over the years.
