Hi, I’m Samantha!
I work at Mitch as a personal lines account manager. You’re thinking, what does that mean? Well, first of all, it means that I focus on helping existing Mitch customers when they have questions or need to make changes to their policy. It also means I have a job where I get to feel good about helping people every day, sometimes with some pretty complicated stuff.
When big changes come to your life, like getting married, moving, kids going to college, it always means changes to your insurance. And I’m totally there for you. I’ll get your insurance sorted for you, quick and easy, so you can focus on the fun things! If you’re going through a tough time, especially with your insurance, I’ll lend an ear, and I’ll do my best to get you the best possible outcome. That’s what I’m here for.
Outside of insurance, I’m really into new cultures, and I’m always learning a new language or cuisine or whatever. Right now, I’m learning Korean! I also love online gaming, especially survival or co-op horror games. That’s a whole different culture in itself, and I definitely speak the language.
