I have dealt with insurance companies since I have been driving(30 years) I just dealt with an insurance claim that was the most non transparent and frustrating ordeal with TD insurance, they are the worst insurance company around and the reviews on Facebook google and BBB speak for themselves, I am one of millions. I had the pleasure of dealing with Meghan for my auto insurance needs. She was very attentive and listened to my requirements and was able to recommend a policy that provided the highest value. She was very professional and I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision, in fact Meghan actually helped me in arriving at my decision but explaining the pros and cons in great detail. While the price point for policies is unique to the customer’s criteria, I was able to get a policy that exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Meghan I was able to save a couple thousand dollars! I have been working with Meghan Spencer for my insurance needs, as they have recently changed.
After shopping around with many companies, this has been the easiest and most pleasant experience. All my questions answered (there have been a lot), quotes e-mailed, and all very quickly! Highly recommended.

Meghan and Melissa were so great to deal with. They're very friendly while being absolutely professional. They were able to insure a car I didn't think I would be eligible for. I will recommend them to anyone who's looking for auto insurance.

Meghan has been very professional and a great help.

Meghan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Was able to get insurance for both my car, bike and home within hours. She went above and beyond and was also sensitive for my timelines as my existing insurance policy was expiring within days of me contacting M&W. I must say, i don't often write reviews for other organizations but i'd highly recommend Mitchell&Whale but specifically Meghan for any and all of your insurance needs. If i could give more stars, i would!!!!
