Huge props to Mitch Insurance for being one of the only places to offer M1 insurance. The price was high, but justified, given the risks associated with insuring inexperienced motorcyclists. Ryan and Kristen were both super helpful in getting me set up. I had to call their policy help line twice, and while the wait was nearly an hour both times, Nikki was super helpful in getting everything resolved quickly.

Recently changed M&W insurance brokers from TD. Found some pretty interesting things about my old insurance policy and how it was structured. Jeff Logan was great explaining the coverages and building a policy to fit my families needs. We had a short amount of time to get it done. Jeff and Kristen went above and beyond to get it done.

Kristen Barnes, Scott Logan, and Jeff Logan quickly got me set up with Motorcycle insurance and saved me literally $2000 a year on a 2014 ZX-10R.When I was 18 in Alberta I was paying $264/year on a 2007 GSXR1000 so I was pretty shocked to see that after a decade of riding experience and a move to Ontario my rate went up to $3,600/year! I begrudgingly agreed after shopping around and finding nothing else (seriously, $11k-$12k/year) I signed up with Wawanesa.Renewal comes around and my policy jumped up by 17%! No claims, accidents, tickets, anything. Got a text from Scott Logan and within 6 hours I had a rate almost half of my new premium with Wawanesa.Couldn't be happier, if you have a bike, you're a good safe rider, and you're frustrated that you're looped in paying ridiculous amounts, give these guys a call and you will not be disappointed.

After trying to get a quote for my motrocycle insurance from more than 15 insurance companies, finally I got a great quote from M&W Insurance. Actually, I had M&W Insuance company under my radar for months but I did not stumble on it until yesterday whlle I was browsing thru my bookmarks of Google. After being disappointed from other companies, I said to myself,"Let's just call M&W one last company before I go with company who gave a less acceptable quotes. If I like it I will stay with it or move on to the last best quote." Sure enough I called M&W and Debbie answered and she gave me the best quote for my motorcycle insurance. It took me 5 secs to accept the offer and got on with the business. She saved me about 25% on my insurance. Kriten was supberb with taking care of the paper works. My husband and I were delighted to work with Jeff Logan and Kristen Barnes. We are real estate investors and was finding it difficult to obtain home insurance from our usual insurers based on the unusual requirements required from our Mortgagers on our latest purchase. A friend within the industry recommended Mitchell & Whale. I will be honest I had not heard of this company before hand. I was skeptical when Jeff responded to my online query and braced myself for the run-around. Instead, Jeff exceeded our expectations, he promptly provided us with a quote and he and Kristen Barnes turned around the binder letter within the day, in time for closing on the house purchase the following day. My husband and I were blown away with the excellent customer service, which is mind boggling, primarily given the challenges with Customer Service during the pandemic.
