Hey, I’m Kathryn!
I’ve been a licensed insurance expert for a few years now and came to Mitch in 2021. I help our current home, auto and motorcycle insurance customers with questions about their policies or help them make changes to it, like adding drivers, swapping vehicles, changes in address – that kind of thing.
When I’m talking to customers, I focus on helping them understand their coverage, how any changes are going to affect that coverage, like if it’s going to change their monthly bill, and whether there are discounts to make a good deal even better. Basically, I’ll give them all the information they need to make the best decisions.
Outside of work, I like to organize board game nights with my friends. Oooh, I’m also really into binge-watching sci-fi and fantasy shows. Game of Thrones was one of my all-time faves, although the final season was a little disappointing TBH. Right now, I’m waiting for season 2 of Wheel of Time. Sooooo good!
