It has been a most pleasant experience dealing with Becky, she is easy to be in contact with even though she is extremely busy and I must say she is very adept at multi tasking, it is very nice in todays business world to call a number and speak in most cases directly to a live and caring human being rather than needing to go through a half a dozen automated extensions specially for someone as technically challenged as myself. Becky has been instrumental in guiding me through the very complicated and expensive insurance world in Ontario and comparison shopping to get me the best possible rates possible!

Also provide us key information on what type of term we need in certain cases. She is great in responding as well as follow up. We got our new insurance set up in a week time. We reside in rural Ontario and we heat our home with an oil furnace and a woodstove and getting home insurance was practically impossible as we searched for a suitable policy for weeks without success then I contacted Becky from Mitch insurance and she was extremely efficient and found us a policy within days which was a huge relief.
