I started working at Mitch in 2022, but I’ve been in insurance since 2014, so I bring a lot of experience to the table. As an account manager, I might have the pleasure of helping you if you already have a home, car or motorcycle policy with us, and need to make a change.
For me, the most important part of excelling at customer service is being able to listen to the customer so that their specific concerns can be fully understood. Perhaps you need to add an extra driver to your policy, you just bought a new vehicle, or you’re confused about your coverage. Once I understand your issue, that’s when I step into high gear! I will find you a solution that is not only right for you, but also much quicker and easier than you previously imagined!
I love to keep myself up to date with all the changes that happen in the insurance industry from year to year so that you can benefit from my knowledge. Growing knowledge is like tending a garden for me, which is what you’ll find me doing when I’m not in the office. Either that or cooking…so if you need a new recipe suggestion for that get-together this weekend, maybe I can help you out with that as well. Vegetarian only, but you’ll be surprised how tasty veggies can be!
