Desiree came to Mitch in 2021 to lead our in-house creative and marketing agency, bringing nearly 15 years’ worth of industry experience on both the carrier and brokerage side.
She possesses significant strategic planning experience and has a history of creating successful campaigns, events and videos. At Mitch, Desiree is spearheading a number of foundational initiatives to refresh and reposition our brand and customer value propositions as we begin our exciting journey to make insurance lovable. This work is critical to standing out in a very competitive marketplace while delivering the insurance experiences Canadian consumers want and deserve.
Prior to joining Mitch, Desiree worked at Gore Mutual where she helped to modernize and elevate the insurer’s brand with internal and external audiences.
